Chemotherapy

Glad to hear you're home from the chemo session.  The problem sleeping could possibly be to do with the steroids as they can have the side effect of keeping you awake.  I also had mild palpitations, shakiness, and felt light headed and spaced out.  Again I was told these were all side effects of the steroids.  When I reported all this to my nurse she changed the timing of my medication so I had the last tablets of the day around teatime.  This did seem to help.  So do keep your medical team updated about how you are feeling as they may be able to do something to improve things a bit for you. 

Keep resting and take naps at every opportunity.  I took regular daytime naps and that certainly helped during the times when I slept poorly at night.
