I haven't had this procedure but I noticed that your post had gone unanswered and by replying to you it will bump your post back to the top of the page.
I tried putting 'total rhinectomy' and 'rhinectomy' into the search facility in this group and it did bring up a few previous posts mentioning this. Some were fairly old but you could have a look through them and respond to any that you felt might help you.

Thanks for stepping in again latchbrook, I've had a bit of a garbage few days (not cancer related) so I've been a bit remiss in my duties on here. That said I'm a bit useless in this case anyway I'm afraid because I have no knowledge of the procedure in question, latchbrook's suggestions are good but if you get no joy then the helpline may be the way to go, 0808 808 00 00.

Metastatic SCC diagnosed 8th October 2013. Modified radical neck dissection November, thirty-five radiotherapy fractions with 2xCisplatin chemo Jan/Feb 2014. Recurrence on larynx diagnosed July 2020 so salvage laryngectomy in September 2020.
Sorry to hear you've had a few rubbish days MikeO but glad it's not cancer related.
