I have been on his forum roughly 3 months.
Last Friday it was found someone on the Breast Cancer forum uses the same username as me. Username is Gray. So now I have been changed to "Former member".
I had a set of instructions to change my username. I did what was asked, new username being Pathfinder1.
So, on login I see Pathfinder1. But I go to the community & the username is still "Gray"..
Can anyone tell me how to remedy this please.
Thank you everyone.
Graeme
Hi Graeme,
It's Megan here from the Online Community Team. I hope you don't mind me replying to your post, I just wanted to let you know I have seen your post here in the Oesophageal cancer forum and I've contacted you directly just now to offer some help with this situation.
I'm sorry you are having this experience but we can do what we can to solve the issue for you.
Hi Megan,
I've sent quite a few screenshots to see if you notice anything I did wrong.
I will reply to your email now.
Incidentally, I did re-join the site as Eliza advised.
Weirdly, even though I was "A Former Member", my responses after this have reverted back to gray.
Thanks Megan,
Best wishes
Graeme. 1st name only.
