Thanks Lorraine good luck today. I do hàve a family and a husband but no one was allowed due to Covid restrictions just got dropped off at door. I think it made me stronger. My husband came to two appointments when I was diagnosed and when I rang the bell for end of treatment. You can do this lots of love x
Good luck today. Let us know how it went when you are feeling up to posting.

Oh that is annoying being later in the day as the waiting is horrible. Hope you have lots of reading, ipad etc.Don’t forget to try and think of something nice if nerves start getting the better of you. I used to close my eyes and imagine I was walking through a meadow of wild flowers, poppies, cornflowers, daisies. It worked for me. I just had lumpectomy and sentinel lymph node biopsy so not such a big op as you.We will all be thinking of you. Speak soon.
xx
Thank you evajean..will defo bear that in mind. Hate waiting dont help with the nerves for a day like today xx
Sending you all the positive vibes for later on - will be thinking of you xx

Had my mastectomy last Monday.I was also terrified,I actually burst into tears on the operating table.! Just remember that this surgery will save your life and that everyone is rooting for you.My theatre staff were brilliant and held my hand and got me through it and they will do the same for you.You can do this! And sending hugs and love.
