Hello
I've just been diagnosed with invasive ductal cancer grade 3 triple negative I'm so scared is anyone going through the same?
Ah claud when your taste buds change its rubbish, thinking of you. This is a rocky road but your doing well xx
Does anyone know what to do with bone ache. It's getting me so down now. I don't know to even take paracetomol or not.
Harley, I know how much you need and deserve tlc. But at present bring your attention to yourself and not care if anything else is done or not. Just sleep and let them take care of themselves. As long as u still do what you do, they will still keep getting u involved. As bad as it is its time you are selfish for your sake...I am sorry if this sounds harsh. Please don't give up mate. X

Yes you can take paracetamol just check temp before, I take paracetamol quite often as get a headache after chemo feels like a bad hangover xx
Tq key for advise. I was just trying to hack as far as I can. Maybe after tea I will have to...its so unpleasant and I am so struggling.

You can do this , you have come so far and are on the last leg . Take paracetamol and if no good speak to your oncologist about other things you can take to help with the pain xxx

Hi Claud I been a bit down keep worrying that it's either not gone or will come back? Been on a diet this week doing well but it's hard . How are you?
It can't be helped some times I know as to how you feel and its worrisome. Have you got any more scans or an onco appointment to discuss these thoughts. It's not fair for you to be left thinking this way. What sort of diet are you on?
Chemo started now in day 5...ahh the "joys" of no taste, scalp pains, bone and joints ache. I have just taken paracetamol for some relief. Still doing light exercises when I have the energy. It's tough..and I am trying not to think to far ahead.
The weather doesn't help pick up mood too. It's just been so dreary.
