Breast care nurse contacted with results- no doctors appointment, is this normal?

Wow that sounds amazing!

unfortunately I can’t say We have an amazing bcn. Have to keep chasing her for things that’s meant to be done by her already. 
I did ask for the pathology report and she said she will send it- of course she didn’t. So I called the surgeons secretary and she sent it for the very next day. That’s why I think I am having trust issues, because she doesn’t really do what she says and this happened on multiple occasions. 
10 days left, maybe I should wait as getting an appointment with a surgeon may take as long as this. Also, I wasn’t sure if oncologist knows much so I guess the care his passed onto the oncologist who will be able to answer the questions 

I had to wait for 8 weeks for the results, it was so difficult.  The nurses are excellent in my experience, they could have sent the results by carrier pigeon rather than the awful wait.  Personally I'd call the breast care nurse with the questions and if you are unsure of anything at all, have a list ready of questions for your face to face appointment.
