Does cancer travel from lymph nodes to the body, if the cancer has been fully removed from the breast?

My breast was fine in 2019 just an odd shape but all OK 

I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma low grade ductal carcinoma in situ who tumor 20mm 0/4 lypmhnodes 

This was April 2020 

Did you gave radiotherapy and hormone tablets. How was the swollen lymph node picked up xx

Mine were 15mm stage 2  and 4mm stage 1. Both removed but small lump was in armpit so lymph nodes were removed.

ER 8/8 AND PR 8/8  her2- but unsure what that means!

It's hormone positive so that's why hormone medication was prescribed.  They both was small.  Do you have annual mammograms xx

Yes I did 

It was picked up during an x Ray as I went to gp with a painful arm 

Gp told me I more or less had bone cancer 

But my oncologist told me I had a swollen lymph node that was pressing on.my nerve causing pain in my arm but went ahead with another  ct of whole body ! 

When do you get your results, a swollen lymph node may be caused by an  infection or injury to your  arm or hand.  Did your oncologist advise what may be causing it xxx

Hi , you seem to have got through the worst of it which is the surgeries. It's tough to have had to go through three of them but the end result is great news and worth it.  Knowing that they have removed all the cancer with clear margins plus no lymph node involvement is a fantastic result irrespective of what comes next.  Are you waiting to find out if you need chemo?

Who normally prescribes the hormone medication. Still waiting on that as well

My brest surgeon prescribed mine, this was because my surgery was delayed.  Speak to your bcn because you are experiencing a delay xx
