Coping with loretzol and fatigue
Hi I'm on the same, I spoke to the Macmillan nurse who contacted the oncologist about the tiredness.
I'm still on it and managing the tiredness, when you're tired just rest close your eyes. Once it passes just do little tasks.then rest again. Going for a walk, little swim helps.we can't go back to full speed so be kind to you, relax listen to relaxing music. It will get a little better one day at a time. Best wishes xx
Hi all I'm wondering whether to give up letrozole it's a nightmare it's affecting my joints really bad I was really active I went to my local thermal pool yesterday maybe I did too many exercises but alot less than I would normally do then I went in my hot tub as I was exhausted today I feel like awful this little tablet is a nightmare hugs to you all xx
I've been taking it for nearly 3 months how are you doing on it xx
Hi Louise glad your feeling better all my bloods are ok my energy levels are better than on chemo it's just my body so stiff I'm getting no sleep as I ache all over I'm taking fish oil tumeric calcium starflower oil just trying black cohosh as nurse recommended that too for night sweats ive still got a bit of a journey once theve sorted my heart problem out caused by chemo good luck with the rest of your treatment xx
