Hi all. I'm so glad to have found you. I'm newly diagnosed with grade 3 triple negative invasive ductal cancer. I think I'm still in the shell-shocked stage occasionally migrating to the bloody terrified stage. I look forward to learning from you all and supporting others where I can
Hi Kind hearted and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I was diagnosed with grade 3 TNBC in April this year from a routine mammogram. I've had a lumpectomy and I'm nearly halfway through chemo with radiotherapy to follow.
I think we all recognise the stage that you're at as it's such a big thing to take on board. Most people feel more in control and generally calmer once they know what their treatment plan is.
Happy to share my experiences so far with you.
x
Welcome, sorry you are here. Hopefully you will find the support you need here. I suspect those mood stages fluctuate up, down, back and forth as the treatment rolls on, I know mine did. I write a diary too and I've had some serious words with myself in it during chemo . Good luck xx
Hi Kind hearted. I am sorry you find yourself here but you are in good company. I am also someone with grade 3 TNBC. I have been keeping a blog, which I hope you find helpful. community.macmillan.org.uk/.../a-trip-with-triple-negative-breast-cancer
