Doxorubicin side effects?

Hi all,

Im due my last cycle of paclitaxel and carboplatin and due to starr doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide next week. Ive pretty much sailed through the pac and carbo with only fatigue, heart burn and numbness to my toes. I am worried about the treatments starting next week, has anyone else on here had the doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide combination? How did it effect you? Any advice please?

Hi Janelle77,

I had Doxorubicin first but I only had sickness, loss of taste but had worse effects with the docetaxel. I hope you won’t experience any more worse than what you have been through. One month after chemo treatment has completed and I am still suffering from grade 2 neuropathy both hands and feet. Wishing you all the best
