I finished chemo over 2 weeks ago and am impatiently waiting for my hair to grow back! I know it’ll be a long journey but wondered if there was anything I could do or take to help it along. Has anyone successfully taken any supplements or anything that’s helped? Any tips welcome!
The one thing I would definitely advise is to go to the hairdresser regularly, even when it’s very short. Properly cut hair looks so much better. I never had particularly long hair but have been surprised by how much a really short cut suits me - and how much less time is involved in managing it. I think it will more or less stay as it is now.

Biotin is not great for breast cancer as far as I could see. Maybe read up for yourself and decide xx
Thanks Northerner that seems to be a popular brand so I will def try this out!
That’s exactly how I manage it - I have haircuts in private too x
