Hi has anyone here been er/pr negative and NOT needed chemotherapy?? Not got my HER2 back yet..... xx
Hi Merlin1664 welcome to the forum and I wondering if this is because you think that you will need chemo or have they suggested this already for you?.
Im led to understand that chemo is based on a whole host of factors and only when these are all together is a final decision made yes or no, Are you at that point yet? x
Thank you for replying @granny59 they said I will need radiotherapy and maybe chemotherapy. Have my lumpectomy on Thursday. As I'm er/pr negative it worries me as drugs wont help!
Hi Merlin1664,
I'm not sure of the treatment for ER/PR negative but having Chemo is naturally a worry to most people, I've read of some ladies on here continuing to work through it and continuing to exercise ie walking. I know you have small children and that's probably your biggest worry how you will cope with them going through chemo. When you get all your results back, please update us with your treatment plan.
Best Wishes.
