  • I think the heat got to us all Hun! I have hated EVERY second of it.
Finally it’s a bit cooler here tonight, so I am hoping for some decent sleep!!

Night night Fruit Loops! Sal xxxx

  • Good Evening Fruit Loops,

Hope the weekend is going well for you all.

do you think you could have 'prickly heat' - I suffered this many years ago on my 'décolletage' (skin between neck and chest) and my did it itch if the sun just got on it..... at the time the only thing that seemed to sooth the itching was keeping skin cool by getting into the bath, also calamine lotion.  I hope the itching easies soon.....

Henry seems very comfy nosing through the curtains.

I hope you are okay, I believe you are doing the right thing, you need to have the treatment - sending you tight hugs and loads of love.

@Violetsniff - how are you, not seen you about for a while?

I am trying to be productive in the crazy procrastination and sleeping world - I am slowly 'doing things' - not it the right order  (but thats me - putting off the main things - spending time doing the silly things).

I'm still on the Metformin - doctor now wants me to take another tablet called 'Dapagliflozin' .... is anyone taking this and how to you take it (morning or night) - best way to avoid any side effects ..... please.

     - like Grogg, I remember how life was for your dear mom before she came to visit you and .... never went back.  Your mom's life is so much richer with you and I know your life will be richer having your mom with you.

Here's one I'm going to throw out to the long term members - a few years ago, it was winter time I remember one of our ladies living about a shop (my head created a stairway at the back of the shops - but this part is from my head).  If I haven't got this all mixed up - I think she use to travel to see boyfriend (maybe by coach, my memory again) - and then we move forward I think she moved out of the flat (not sure if in with boyfriend or if this finished)....

If this sounds familiar - do you know which Fruit  Loop this was and how they are?

(it was so interesting - I just can't remember which Fruit Loop it was - I am sure she did everything and he wasn't too helpful) ..... you all know my brain fog is bad (you nearly had me saying brain frog - but I noticed it in time) hahaha

Right cup of tea for me and then to bed xxxx

    Night Night Fruit Loops xx

I'm hoping this makes sense - only my mind says one thing and my fingers type whatever they like x
  • Thank you all .

Weather cooler   thought can sleep but bow have new pain. Lower back  and side of buttocks. Think it's due bowel movements well lack of. 3 days on a row taken cintsispation pills as not gone properly for nearly a week. But then again think it might be the gcsf injection had it quite late last night.

Mind starts wondering, trying not to take painkillers but think I might have to give in!!

  •   yes I remember her. She did live above a shop and travelled miles to see this boyfriend and yes moved in with him. Cannot remember her name but she was funny and told us interesting stories. I think the boyfriend was a handful and after they moved in together she stopped posting. Wish I could remember her name.

We have "met" some lovely people xxx

  • Yes everyone, the heat has been dreadful. So glad it is cooler. !  Xx

Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!

  • I hope that gave you some comfort knowing that she was obviously loved so much by her work colleagues and friends.

     Mind yourself.
