Oh Lucky Pants has over eaten this Christmas he looks such a fatty.

He was lucky the day he met this group of indigent women. My cat is getting a little tubby too. Xx

Thinking of you all this next week, those who have appointments, and hoping they go well. Those who are still battling with problems, thinking of you too.
Guess what? Yup, it’s raining - again! We have flooding around the town (luckily I’m up high but there’s one road shut)
night night Fruit Loops, sleep well and stay safe, plenty of sleepy fairy dust for all who wish

Wow it rained here end of afternoon too. My parents were travelling home from Leeds to north wales and couldnt see the white lines on the dual carriageway it was so bad.
New years day was a greek yogurt and fruit breakfast followed by a lazy morning in bed, quick noodle stir fry lunch, short walk as it was trying to rain, chill on sofa with an apple and a cuppa to watch a few programmes. We had a lovely chicken pasta with leeks and peas and creme fraiche for supper. I indulged in a tiny bit of brownie pudding and one chocolate from a gift box. So I've eated quite well. Just lack of long walk means Im not as tired....hence still up at midnight. Plus on yesterdays clock most probably.
Ive decided Im going to work a bit this week. I have an op next Monday, Im feeling well enough and its from home so why not try.

Soooo much rain! I walked into town ( and back, waterproof coat and brolly!) for my dentist hygienist appointment today, my garden now has a big puddle ;we dug a soak away a good number of years ago just for this sort of weather, it’s obviously now full!
Done a lot of admin already, the small amount of Christmas decs are now away, I’ve queried a couple of wrong items on my Moho insurance and they will phone back. It hasn’t gone up a lot which is good (I gather a lot have almost doubled) and also arranged her habitation service.
Now sat with a second coffee of the day while my trousers dry out!
Hugs to all xxx

Good to hold onto a bit of normality when it feels like so much is changing. Walking back to health is a thread I held onto. For me trying to keep some muscle and not gain too much fat was important. I didnt have chemo or steroids which was a relief. Good luck with everything, you will get through it. Positive hopeful vibes.
