Night everyone sleep well xx
Violetsniff yes I work in a residential home for adults with learning disabilities. I started during the first lockdown and then had to take months off due to treatment. I've been making a gentle start again doing one or two shifts a week.
Judith
Slept better after boost of fresh fairy dust, saw Nurse yesterday, still swollen bit which won't go away even though doing the exercises. Seeing Oncologist for first time this Monday to discuss radiotherapy. Tried some different American exercises yesterday which do seem to have helped. Either that or the painful movement which the Nurse did, I don't know. Anyway, less swollen.
That’s good you’ve seen some improvement, Venicelagoon, it feels a long haul but it does soon go, honestly.
I’ve just done the last wall of hall stairs and landing, just a fresh coat of paint in the same colour (magnolia, boring!) and now have 5 doors to paint to finish it off! argh!
Hubs says he had a good night, phew xxx
