Snowys Mum Screwfix sell FFP2 and FFP3 masks for a couple of pounds each. You need to looks at the collect instore option and put your postcode or local town area in. I've some which are really comfy with a filter so are easy to breathe in. Try searching the different styles, and then again later that day if not showing. I tried twice, the first time got the ffp2 ones, the second the FFP3 (which I think you'd want as there's 99% filter vs 94% filter) They probably still have goggle's too.
I can't imagine how scary it must be for you. I felt sorry for the staff in Sainsbury's being exposed on Monday, though most were wearing the masks they'd been given. I'm in London and someone has created a 'wish list' of items to support staff at our local hospital (healthy snacks, pot noodles, chocolate, phone chargers, shower gels, hand cream etc. ). Maybe Screwfix should do the same!

Hello moomy. Northerner and everyone,
My local GP surgery sent a text 2wks ago advising me to self- isolate for 3 months ( vulnerable group), also got a letter last week from the area Clinical Director for Cancer Services stating the same.
So, when I contacted the Chemo Dept they requested I visit for my Fulvestrant injections and to collect my Ribociclib tablets as normal. I have not been outdoors for 2 weeks and following what the Government has recommended. It is confusing.
Are people wearing face masks and using disposable gloves?
I looked online including Screwfix, and the PPE FF3 is not available.
Fortunately, a Milliner on the Next Door App living locally is now making face masks: cotton lined with felt. I have bought 2 one to wash etc. Also I have a box of disposable gloves bought online from Boots.
Also, I’ve put my name down on the Government’s list of vulnerable people to be shared with the local supermarkets who are participating in this activity. Local Waitrose is booked up to July ( but some could be block booked for vulnerable people hopefully), Tesco no go, or others. I did manage early in the morning to get a slot with the local Co op and look forward to tomorrow and milk again.
