Loss of a good work mate and friend

Hi, Just wanted to say that I am sending love and support at this sad time. A sudden death is hard to cope with.

I was in a similar position 3 years ago. My close friend who I had taught with , had been going through cancer treatment. She was doing well but unfortunately developed sepsis with an unrelated health matter. She died suddenly and I think of her often.

My husband and I had just returned from a family visit to Canada and we were both expecting to see her within a few days of our return. Instead we received a phone call from her distraught daughter the day after we arrived home.

Oh man so sorry to hear that, it does just prove sometimes how precious life is, we never ever know what's round the corner. Honour your mate when you feel able too in a way that means something to you I'm sure they would like that. 

It's bad enough dealing with stuff your dealing with without having to deal with a close friend dying as well. Take care of yourself too as people often be strong looking after others and neglect to also look after themselves.
