Well it isn't great news. Several recurrences found this time one large several small and one of them in my my prostate. All removed and sent to histology and awaiting those results and MDT team to discuss results and have my follow up.
So not the news I was hoping for certainly and they also think I possibly have sleep apnea as well. Took ages to come round this time and said they had to take over my breathing for me. Which I thought they do under a general anyway.
Either way I've several answers and even more questions yet again. Other than that it's all hunky dory.
One more wee and hopefully I can go home soon. Had to drink loads seeing as had a catheter in to manage 4 wees.
Oh well onwards and upwards just though an update was in order.

Ah what can you do, no point beating myself up about it or feeling sorry for myself.
Tbh I am taking it mostly in my stride which is pretty unusual for me.
Just really want to get the heck out of here. Over 13 hours here now.

No point being sorry darling it is what it is. I know we all say it though. Can't do much to stop things just got to deal with it and go with the flow but I'm determined not to let it get me down. I'll deal with things my way and hopefully that's healthy way of dealing with it.
But work better start sitting up and taking notice this time because they are adding to my stress levels by being so ignorant about it now and wanting us to work longer hours etc. Work is frankly the last place I want to be right now.
Haven't even been given a sick note by the hospital this time, and I don't want to go back until I'm ready physically and mentally even if I feel ok which at the moment I'm not in a real pain just. 
me discomfort at the moment along with peeing razor blades of course buy they is easing each time cause I've drunk tons.

Oh and I got home around half 10 thankfully. What a gruelling day, 15 hour day it's like being at work. except I rarely do more 10 hours a night at work if I can help it and totally disagree with 13 and 15 hour days for lorry drivers. But that is another story.

Well every day is a school day. Been googling I know I know ( but I have lots of questions and find it easier to know things a bit as soon as possible). But didn't realise they could access the prostate via the bladder.
Feeling some discomfort now so looks like the codeine will be needed tomorrow from hospital and also will need to ring into work tomorrow as well, for the first 7 days ill need to self certificate seeing as they didn't feel the need to give me a sick note this time.
On the plus side I'm not in the awful pain I was after my first TURBT and having a stent fitted. So that's please me a lot.
