Hi, been a while sinse I posted on here, about 2020 I thing/

I was diagnosed with None Muscle Invaded Bladder Cancer in 2020 - I had bleeding symptoms for a while off and on, My GP referred me  to Urology/

I had a flexy cystoscopy and seemed to go well, I had a small tumour  and was sent for a TURBT which took away the tumour.

So everything good I though - I had a second rigid cystoscopy  and they bured something away and took  biopsies/

So I got a letter from consultant saying to put on BCG - MDT I think intervened and taled about a cystoscomy  - I though that not right for me. I have COD,AF, formally VT -COPD - Thyroid and Kidney problems.   Anyway  I got BCG  and went  to have it and to cut a long story short, They said I was to go to respitary or oncology as I had nodules on my lung, I knew about them and supposed to be  6mm  large - That was a scary episode but eventually got cleared  as an immediate danger and I was backon BCG - Resilt my cancer went from CIS to Low Grade.

Next Cystoscopy I had  something zapped with diothermy.  and again 4 months later. I  have spine problems and harder to get a line in for epidural. took a while.  - My Bladder Cancer back at high grade.

To end I had my first TULA three months ago and there was soemthing not right for the lazer  - So he is seeing me this coming week tuesdat and hope he can zap it away.  I was told BCg had stopped working so seems TULA is it  - one thing  if a tumor is to large for the lazer, then what?

To my turning down the Radical Cystectomy, I was ill and about 75 as I am 80 this rear. I think that was right for me. I collapsed in hospital with VT  - Don't  think was right for me. So to teh Tula on Tueday to see what he does with what he found last time.

Sorry for long post, and any poor spelling. I have age related macular vision which does not help.   Thank you.
