Hello all,
as I may have mentioned I have a really bad relationship with junk food….so today walking home from BCG#5 I popped into M&S to pick up some bits for tonight…walking home I have to pass Macdonlads, by habit I walked in and ( on automatic) started to order a breakfast meal, I don’t know why this happened but when it came to ordering a drink I stopped and thought, WTF are you doing in here..it was like I was waking up, I picked up my shopping and walked out, went home and had some cheese on toast..
to the normal sane person no big deal, but to me it’s massive…I’m very proud of myself…my wife my doctors my CNS, my friends and family have all told me I need to lose some weight for health reasons. Today I really think I’ve taken a big step….
this probably sounds really weird to you guys, but what I’m trying to say is I did well today…
love to all
Nigel
Just to say i am not a zealot about junk food, i definitely know its appeal and temptation. That fast food chicken shop has had alot of my custom in the past. Now though, i think its ok to have it on the odd occasion. I had some maybe once this year and enjoyed it , but not as much as i used to. Strange that
Much love Angela x
I’m so proud of my partner John as he is doing really well at cutting out junk food and losing weight. He was bullied so badly at school and work and started comfort eating as a result. It’s easy to fall into bad habits and so hard to break them but it can be done.
