Hi All. How is everyone doing? Anyone stuck indoors? Remember, this is a support group, and things don't always need to be medical. There is usually someone here if you just want a chat, a moan, or any stories. My wife has been stocking up on paint, so guess what I will be doing in the near future. Best wishes.
As long as they keep checking your kidney function I suppose it doesn’t matter too much about being seen in person. My sister is coming over this afternoon so it will be good to catch up as I haven’t seen her for almost 2 months. She only lives a few miles away.
It’s been lovely to see my sister and she took away the huge card stands and some boxes of magazines, hooray.I’ve said I’m intending to put the house on the market by the end of this month or beginning of next.Sarah brought a whole load more boxes so I can carry on packing.I think I might rent some storage space for a short while. It feels like Saturday here today.Love Jane x
If you do rent storage space, beware of the 'first 3 months for £x' type offer where the cost rockets if you still have your stuff in there for longer, as you usually have to sign a direct debit. Once it's in you are stuck with the expense if there is as so often a hitch with surveys, mortgages etc etc that delays your sale and purchase going through.
I suggest stacking loaded boxes in the house, but well clear of the walls so they do not appear to reduce the room sizes for selling the house. People can see the walls are in good [or whatever they are] condition and look across the boxes if you keep the stacks below eye level.
Thank heavens your sister took those bulky items anyway.

Thanks Denby,There are a few good storage places near here. It’s only a thought at the moment.I’m going to have to start viewing houses soon.My neighbours sold their house within 2 weeks. It’s in better condition than mine but houses in this row usually sell fast. They don’t come on the market often.
