Bladder Cancer plus Invasion of Seminal vesicles Gland

1) Bladder, seminal vesicles Glands and prostate out)
2) chemo
3) rediotherapy

Option one doesn't guarantee anything as it's out of my bladder wall.

Hi Alleykatt. You need to get as much information as you can on each option before making a decision. I went the radiotherapy route, but I had no other complications, just one large tumour. Best wishes.

Hi Alleykatt,It’s a tough decision.I was guided after a long discussion with the surgeon.I had a rarer aggressive type of cancer and it doesn’t respond well to radiotherapy.I had a cystectomy with a stoma as due to chronic bladder disease neo bladder was not a suitable option.Almost 17 mths later I’m no longer in severe pain and coping well with the stoma.As rily has said you need to get as much information as possible before making a decision.Best wishes Jane
