Have you tried any of the companies on the list provided by Macmillan? I phoned Staysure and listed all my medical conditions and those of my husband and they offered annual cover. It was expensive but worth it for us. 

Yes, thanks for your reply. I can get short trip insurance within Europe alright but declined by Staysure & Saga for worldwide, annual cover. So will keep looking. 

Ive been insured with InsuranceWith and WorldFirst in the past. Tesco will also insure me. 

Try albert&eddie (online) - it's a comparison site owned by the same holding company that owns insurancewith and holidaysafe as well as a few others.

I secured reasonable quotes from a couple of insurers for annual worldwide despite a long cancer history. Might be worth a try for you?

Unfortunately, it can be more difficult to get travel insurance when a cancer diagnosis is involved but I've had insurance through payingtoomuch.com and goodtogoinsurance.com after I finished treatment for melanoma and breast cancer.

I have Stage 4 Lung Cancer and like EXCAVATOR I also used Albert & Eddie for a trip to New Orleans back in March, good price. Planning to use them again in September for the USA.
