Has anyone had any luck getting travel insurance? I have had Adenocarcinoma, finished treatment this year?
Try albert&eddie (online) - it's a comparison site owned by the same holding company that owns insurancewith and holidaysafe as well as a few others.
I secured reasonable quotes from a couple of insurers for annual worldwide despite a long cancer history. Might be worth a try for you?
I hope you get sorted.
Derek.
Hi RoseW and a very warm welcome to the group which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
Unfortunately, it can be more difficult to get travel insurance when a cancer diagnosis is involved but I've had insurance through payingtoomuch.com and goodtogoinsurance.com after I finished treatment for melanoma and breast cancer.
Have you had chance to look through the 'recommended travel insurance' and 'recommended travel insurance 2023-24' threads yet as you'll find lots of suggestions for travel insurance there? If not, have a look through them and make a list before settling down to get quotes.
I do hope you can get insurance and have some lovely holidays.
