Hello everyone

I've joined this group , because I have just been diagnosed with breast cancer, It's thankfully treatable, however I have a lump that is growing quickly, so will be having surgery within four weeks.

Hi Banjo62 welcome to the forum and so very sorry to hear your news. You will be reeling from this news and have lots of questions I feel sure, so please do keep posting and people will answer as they are able, but there are lots of us here who know exactly how and what you may be feeling and thinking. Keeping busy is the best advice I could give you as it distracts your mind a little. Please whatever you do don't go searching in google for any information as it is not always reliable but I am inserting some links below which if you click on will take you to the threads that may be of help for you to chat in if that's what you feel like doing.
