Hi and a warm welcome to the Macmillan Online Community, a Community that no one really plans to see themselves joining, and so sorry to hear about your diagnosis.
An untreatable cancer diagnosis brings a lot of confusion, stress and many questions but talking with other people who are on the same type of journey helps a lot.
The Community is organised into support groups and I see you have joined our supportive Bowel (colon and rectum) cancer group, this is the place where you will connect with others walking the cancer journey both as a patient or family.
Follow the above link then introduce yourself, post questions or just join in with existing discussions by clicking on 'reply'.
You may also want to join our Living with incurable cancer - incurable patients only group

Hi Angie, sorry to hear that your mum is in pain, please do make sure that her medical team are fully aware of any and all issues she is dealing with.
Although my blood cancer is incurable I am thankfully in remission at the moment but I would recommend you connect in with the Supporting someone with incurable cancer group as these are folks who understand the support journey.
