I’m recovering from cancer treatment and have dread and fear of the cancer returning all of the time . How do others compartmentalise this and enjoy life again?

First congratulations in getting through your treatment, the first part of the cancer journey is over but as you are finding the second post cancer journey can be just as big a challenge.
We have a Life after Cancer Group so hit this link https://community.macmillan.org.uk/cancer_experiences/moving_on___post_treatment/discussions then hit the ‘Join This Group’ tab just under the main group name. You can have a look though the Discussions or go to the 'Start a Discussion' tab and set up your very own Discussion and introduce yourself to the group and ask your questions.
You can join any Discussion by hitting the ‘Reply’ tab.
When you feel up to it try putting some information in your profile. This really helps others when answering. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. Just click on YOUR username, select 'Edit Profile'. Put as much or as little in your profile and you can amend it at any time - you can see members profiles by hitting our forum names.
I help out in the group so will keep an eye open for you.
