I went to university of Glasgow and my husband is from Scotland too. Unfortunately he is not a nature person, more a city dweller. Scotland has some stunning scenery. I also fine Wales very lovely and much underrated.

Pulled muscle while doing the dishwasher at lunch time. Now can’t bent down and walking with a limp. This is the first time happened to me. Does anyone know how long this is going to last? very frustrating but at least still alive. X

Aw Stella, so sorry to hear that you have pulled a muscle. Don't know how long it's going to last but just take it easy for 3 or 4 days and no long walks. Get your husband to load the dishwasher in the meantime and take at least a week to 10 days just to be sure of a complete cure lol!
