I thought I should think of things
I could think of to help dream the day away.
But I couldn't think of what to think of,
So I decided not to think at all.
But then I thought I can't really do that
As that would be thinking the day away.
And now I'm confused as to what I was thinking.
When I thought to write this verse.
Hi , on Tuesday I went to my second session of a 6 week Macmillan Hope course (Helping Overcome Problems Effectively) We did a mindfulness session thinking about a raisin. I’m supposed to practise this week, one option is mindfully thinking when having a drink of tea. So your poem struck a cord with me today.
Take care KT
