I have lived extremely well with stage 4 stomach cancer but all of a sudden had a dip. And in hospital for first time with a larger bowel and small bowel partial blockage. It's causing vomiting and diahorrea every 2 to 3 days . And this week I am losing blood . Ct scans redone and I have a blood in upper gasto but they unsure where ..unlikely to offer an endoscopy as doubt they can fix it ..they are wanting to put in a ng nasal drain but struggling to insert ..my dilemma is as ng is only a temp measure to alliaviate pressure can I manage with out it and just let nature take its course. I am having fluids via iv and at moment fairly comfortable .
