Firstly, I hope you all had a lovely Christmas! I was very wary about joining any support groups but I think it would be fair to say one of the best decisions I've made in 2019 was seeking help from you lovely people. Your support is invaluable. Thank you.

    Dear, I’m so glad to hear you feel you are benefiting from being a member of the group. I understand it’s a leap of faith but one worth taking in my opinion. Let’s look 2020 straight in the eye and help each face our own individual challenges together.
