I try to read more of someones post and it doesn’t work.

i click the read more bit but it doesnt show any more if the message.

someone emailed me. I replied but again as before the message is undeliverable!

every time i use this forum it never works.

Hi Chas

Are you trying to read posts in the " latest activity " heading - if so, you will not get the full post. Click on the " discussions " tab and then open the thread from there. If you click on the title you get the whole thread or click on the latest for the last comment posted.

Chas the emails aren't the website. The emails are an alert system to let you know that someone has replied. So you can't reply via email, you need to come to the website and reply, the same way as when you make a new post.

So the read more is a function in your email system, not the website. Click on the 'View online' or the big green 'reply' button. Not the reply button in your email system as if replying to an email.

No need for a screenshot, now we've worked out the problem.
