Hi all.
Was I glad of my stoma today. I got up this morning to find my toilet wouldn't flush. I had to wait until 4 pm for the plumber to come. I felt so relieved that I don't poo in the loo!! It just show we are in a better position than non ostomates sometimes. 
Gosh what a day.maybe leave out the curry sauce next time.
We have to try these things tho dont we !!!
I got fed up with drinking tea and coffee yesterday and had 2 cans of diet cocacola.you can imagine what size my stoma bag was inthe night.lucky I woke up to vent the air.I could have taken off.

I don’t know what I ate yesterday, nothing unusual or outrageous at all, but I seem to be having a big clear out today! I didn’t have any fizz drinks yesterday at all but also woke up to my urostomy night bag blown up like a balloon and ready for take off! I think it’s just going to be one of those days!

Yes Kath. No curry sauce. I don’t normally have that anyway. I like tomato. Also I’m not that keen on Banburys either I definitely had a teenage head.

As long as Vodka isn’t in the mix you should be fine. Oh and let it go flat

No vodka Ann-it’s a little early for that! I’ve let the second glass go flat but think I should go and investigate the gurgling noises coming from my bag.
