I've run out of dry wipes...I have wet wipes for cleaning up, but what can I use for drying?

I used to use toilet paper to clean off the worst, then a dry wipe dipped in water to wash round and then a sheet of kitchen towel to dry off.
Would your suppler up your order quantity? If not you could maybe consider looking at Amazon where they sell various soft dry wipes

Hi, i ordered these when i ran out of dry wipes,and i have to agree they are good.
Conti super soft are very gentle. Can be used as wet wipes too, when you wet them under the tap. And warm water nicerer than cold wet wipes...
