I keep joining this Macmillan site on and off because trying To navigate it is really difficult. I don’t find it a user friendly site at all. My sister has terminal cancer. And I think she is starting the downward spiral. I keep trying to ask questions or talk to someone about my sister and how I am trying to get through it too. But I have given up. Again. Unless someone can please tell me how on earth I use this site.
Hi , so sorry to hear about your sister and also sorry you have had difficulties using the site. There were some technical problems in a switch to the new platform but hopefully many of them have been addressed now.
There is quite a lot of information on the help pages that might answer some of your questions and of course if the technology gets in the way you can always ring the helpline 0808 808 0000 where they will be happy to help too.
<<hugs>>
Steve
