My husband has bowel cancer and is half way through his 2nd cycle of chemo, but this last few days he’s really struggling to take the tablets, four in the morning and four at night. Last night he was sick which has put him off and tonight he took two and was sick so refused to take the other two. The oncology nurse suggested he took a sickness pill half an hour before his tablets as it might help settle him before the main event ! It hasn’t worked. He also won’t eat anything
Any advice on what to do ? As I’m worried sick. I think he’s going to stop the chemo
Hi , it might be worth calling his specialist for advice. If you get no luck there try the helpline on 0808 808 0000; they're experts and will have more information. Sorry I can't help more.
Hugs,
LoobyLou
