My husband has pancreatic cancer. Almost through 6 months of gruelling chemo and he is now very frail and has difficulty eating. He has lost a huge amount of weight. Ii is so hard to help him stay positive and the sadness is overwhelming at times
Hi and a warm welcome to our online community and to Carers. I'm sorry to hear about your husband, it sounds like a punishing amount of treatment. Most carers will recognise what you're going through and my heart goes out to you both. I'd suggest you spread yourself around a bit to get as much support as you can. The pancreatic cancer group is very supportive and full of useful information and the emotional issues group is a good one to join too. You'll be relieved when he's finished the course I'm sure; until then take whatever help and support you can get, in these coronavirus times; carers need help too. Please let us know how things go.
Love and hugs,
LoobyLou
If you find dust in my house, write your name in it. When the signatures overlap I'll get the polish.
