Members of the Online Community have shared how helpful getting outside and walking has been for their mental health and wellbeing, even if it’s only a few steps around the garden or a few quiet moments in nature.

There’s no pressure, targets, or competition. The idea is simply to encourage one another, share the small moments that help, and enjoy some of the wellbeing benefits that can come from fresh air, movement, and time spent outdoors.
Got some more work to be done ro eye. Mentioned transplant (cornea?). Got a couple of follow ups next 2 weeks.
Beautiful Chelle, went to the woods early this morning (well 9.30 which is early for me ). Beautiful and cool. On Christmas day my husband and I were the only ones there and saw a Muntjac deer so cute.

Hi Chelle
Having a lovely time. The property has its own pool which is never empty during the day ! Plus the ponds etc.
Just had a lovely lunch at The Jetty in Mudeford.
A lovely part of the world indeed!
All the best

The ocean has been so calm near us over the past week or so. I experience such peace when walking along the coastal path. I'm fortunate to only live 15 minutes away from the coast.
Does anyone have plans for the weekend?
Good morning Dylan
it must be nice to be close to the coast as the norm. We are now on our way back home after a lovely week near Lymington. We made the most of the opportunity to get to the coast whilst there, but did succumb to the availability of the pool at our rental!!!
The sounds of the coast are always so enticing as is the movement of not only the waters but the birds and boats - all vey calming.
Plans for the weekend - doing the washing and watering the neglected garden!!!
Hope everyone enjoys the weekend
All the best
KrisPy
Good morning all,
Just been out for a walk around the block and then around the local park ( it’s at the bottom of the road!). This is my first walk of this far for a few weeks as I have been feeling the effects of coming off my steroids following chemo. Fatigue levels very high!
However I made it up the steep hill and come back down the shallow hill - which was a win!! Lovely to see all the families out in the park and the young lads playing football and the little cafe busy - makes me happy.
Bought my wife some flowers on the way back to to say thank you…

Have a good day
KrisPy
