Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Interesting stuff regarding Victorian houses. I've only lived in 1970s houses. My wife and I saved hard after getting married and bought our first 3 bed semi with garage as a new build. We watched it progress from muddy foundations as the new estate took shape - and we scrabbled round trying to find extra cash as unforeseen expenses cropped up - usually by cutting back on food! That house cost £8975 in 1974. Sounds ridiculous now, but our combined earnings were just shy of £2K ...per year!! We were broke but happy. Ray x
I'm still up because I had a coffee, not really taking note of the time. I did nevertheless enjoy watching Vice Grip Garage on you tube, as I've been doing on Friday nights for years. He is in the USA, so he comes on line near midnight.
Not much wind here at the moment but it was moderately gusty a few hours ago. A few years back when living here, a fierce storm hit. In the morning I viewed flattened fence panels, 1 ridge tile missing and incredibly our 6ft x 10ft shed full of bikes and lawnmower etc had been moved bodily sideways by 3 feet. I hope your tiles and fences are all intact if today's storm was more powerful than here. Now I must attempt to crawl upstairs and sleep. Goodnight. Ray x
