Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Same. Let us know how things are once home xx
Well get the wine flowing. Take a glass and rise it high...then neck it!!! Or tea or juice which ever you like.
Lung no changed and the small lesion remained the same. So unlikely to be a cancer.
Will be starting immunotherapy last week of Feb. There are like with any cancer treatments can cause side affects and some can become permanent. But can manage those if they happen. So not really bothered about them as for me its worth the risk and the benefits will be reducing the chance of cancer growing somewhere else. Like anything in lofe its not 100 per cent but I will take 1 percent if it will give me the chances.
So as its stands today...I am cancer free in remission! but high risk the cancer could return which would be incurable ( but not worth thinking about). I am alive and have treatment plan to hopefully prevent this in the future with the prembo.
So I am over the moon and happy with the appointment today....I am on cloud 9 and above.
Hi Lynne, and thank you doll. We're back home but OH needs some treatment, so a few appointments pending. He'll need to up his game on the oral hygiene, as a combination of recent neglect and the radiation treatment have caused some decay. Silly man and he'll lose 2 upper teeth as a result.
Anyway, it will be sorted in the coming weeks but I'll be on his case in the teeth brushing department - he's too lazy for his own good! hugs back hon xxx
