Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Juat shows the group is more than doom and gloom. We can offer support and advice about everyday life like cooking, decorating, bird watching, best books to read and whatever else comes along. Xx
It's great and being a doomonger has never been my scene, although I'm always happy to try and give advice.
Many moons ago on here we had an in-depth discussion about music and instruments played by members and their offspring. There's a lot of talent floating around and it's really nice to know more about our virtual family xxx
It is nice to feel like a person still and not just a nhs number or a stat or the one with cancer. It really has done me the world of good and keeps my mind positive as I can say what I am thinking and like always since I joined there is you or sbird to give a honest reply. And some others of course.
I am really am thankful and know even if tomorrow is difficult. I can put a message in here and will get support to get me through the next stages...whatever they turn out to be. Xx
