Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Thanks Jamie. I got practically zero hours last night, but it was something to do with another person's actions.
I hope you do manage some sleep tonight hon - if you're going by yourself take a pad and pen, then you can write things down rather than forgetting what the consultant says. I've slipped up myself in the past by not doing that. I also hope you had a good day with family yesterday xxx
The dinner went down a treat. The kids all said they missed my cooking haha. I am tired today from it, but it was worth it. The OH is with me tomorrow so we can hear and listen what they say. But there is always something we might forget to ask. Will be writing some questions down in the morning xx
I hope it goes well tomorrow Jamie. I always take someone with me for appointments just to make sure I don’t miss anything which is easy to do when you are feeling anxious . I’m glad yesterday’s dinner was good what’s your secret to good roast potatoes?
Linda xxx
I have my OH with me so hoping between us we will hear all what is said.
My secret is just simple roast potatoes is par boil, getting the right tray to hold a small amount of oil. Get it hot throw in the potatoes add salt and pepper and roast on 200c. I only use red potatoes as white go to mush. Turn occasionally as need to keep oven hot lol xx
