Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Thank you-everybody has been so kind and I really appreciate the good wishes.

GILL H. The item is on amazon so might invest in one and see if it helps. Not exspensive so not losing a lot if not. Looks a nice small device to aid sleep and anxiety. Hope you had a good night x
Morning Jamie. Aye, I was thinking along those lines about the gadget, as it's not expensive.
I didn't have the best sleep and was still wide awake long after 2am, but never mind. I hope you fared better my friend. Just on our way to a therapies session for OH and it's raining again. Hope you have a good day fella xxx
I am thinking the same. Cant hurt if not and rather try something. I did managed to settle better last night. I think last 4 days finally caught up, but not taking it for granted though. Good luck with OH therapy session. Have a good day both x
Thanks Helen. It did go well - not sure about OH though, as the physio treat him like a giant Stretch Armstrong doll, pulling and twisting his arms. He can't speak but his grimacing said it all, along with silent 'ows'! That'll teach him to neglect his prescribed exercise at home - no fooling these guys.
Hope you're keeping warm as the wind's bitter today xxx
