Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Good morning Kez Sorry you can't sleep hon, but that is good news about it being your last treatment. Hopefully you'll then get back into a much better sleep pattern. Fingers crossed.
I don't have any excuse for still being awake as I'm not on any meds, but maybe it's because I'm so used to it now and can't shake it off.
Anyway sweetheart, I'm going to try the 3 3 3 rule - you have to focus on three objects and say them out loud, then three sounds and do the same. Lastly, relax three body parts and hey presto - you're in the land of nod. Well that's what's supposed to happen, according to the experts. Lol.
Hopefully you'll nod off soon, but good luck for later on and well done for completing the chemo. Night hon xxx
Just to say hello to the newbies, and to send healing vibes to you Alex. Take it one day at a time, my friend.

Morning Lynne ️ I'm not sure whether it worked or just plain tiredness that got me off. I'll give it another whirl tonight.
