Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hello.
You certainly haven’t offended me. I am loving your humour.
Comfort is the way to go. I am the same as you, pyjamas, lounging suits, anything like that.
xx
Gill, here's one for you. Have you ever heard of 'Lardy Cake'? We bought one in a local bakery in Axminster in Devon this morning. It's like a massive Teacake, made with Lard.
Just had a couple of slices, with butter on... amazing!!!
Just wondering if you have heard of it.

Steve (SteveCam)
I have heard of it Steve, but haven't seen or tasted one. But after your endorsement I'd definitely eat one - a whole one mind, with lashings of real butter! I'm hungry like the wolf now
Hey, if you're in Devon now, lucky lad, is that storm making an impact yet? Just being my usual nosy self here xxx
Gill, from this afternoon it has been pissisntly raining. A lot of the countryside looks like it was be flooding.
Apart from that... No snow or anything like that... thank god.
We were in Dartmoor the other morning, adults sledging down the hills, like the 'Amazon' advert. Also saw a few Dartmoor Ponies.

Awww, now that's a lovely photo - OH and me adore ponies and horses.
Well your weather sounds better than ours as it's just a bit windy here. Still cold but they can't make up their minds whether it'll snow or not, so I'll just look out of the window in the morning.
I've never been to Devon, but my lass has and loved it. A long way but even further for you. Train maybe? xxx
We've got a very early appointment tomorrow for a PIP assessment
I hope that goes well.
I've been awake since about 2.30am, now downstairs watching Easties and about to have my 2nd cuppa.
No snow here but take care if you've got bad weather.
