Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Gill, apologies for the football! I would have been over the moon with a draw, but to see how it ended...
Leeds will definitely be safe this season. All you need is to turn some of the draws into wins.
When Leeds scored first I thought (well I won't say what I thought)...
Hope you and your OH have calmed down. It reminded me of the games Newcastle used to play against Liverpool.
Steve (SteveCam)
Morning Steve and no apologies needed my friend, as it was a cracking game - apart from the ending for us! Oh, and I couldn't watch MOTD afterwards as it was still too raw and painful. Lol!
Aye, it had a very 70s vibe about it for me too, apart from we didn't have a Brazilian keeper then, who enjoys punching rather than catching the ball! That ploy alone costs points. No matter, as long as the result doesn't start a downward slide I reckon we'll escape the drop this time. And I'm also rooting for you, as I'm sick of the same mobs bouncing up and down clutching the trophy! Double delight for you Steve, what with the Black Cats getting stuffed. I'll leave you with this...MOT Leeds till I die xxx

Thank you Lynne, and good luck with your ongoing treatment - I'm sure you'll be pleased when the regrowth starts and no more hats!

Hello.
No problem. Yeah, it does. The joys of the ups and downs of treatment.
Positivity is a great way to deal with it.
