Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Thanks Lynne, but I've got to leave the warmth soon to go shopping. It's difficult to say how it went as they give nothing away, but the assessor was very nice and not snappy at all. We'll just have to wait and see.
Well I'm glad you've dodged the storm and it's to get warmer next week, apparently. Stay cosy sweetie xxx
I do not sleep well at all .... due mainly, I suspect, t being too incapacitated to DO much!! ... used to walk 8 to 10 miles a day, now bedbound 22/7 which I HATE ... abandoned by 'friends' and family, the only person who contacts me is a young drug-addict whom I've never met in person, and who has an unerring ability to call about 5 minutes after I've actually drifted off ... then I crash out for random naps at and miss the precious daylight ....oh, for six hours of shut-eye .... how's everyone doing today?
Thank you.saturday is not serpose to be good but after that thing are picking up .i have a few appointments next week so hopefully the weather has gone back to normal .. sending hugs for you both
