Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi again Lynne. We've got no plans either, but you take things easy as you've still got a lot on.
All the best to you and yours for a better year. Lots of love and hugs xxx
Hi Sarah.
It's good to hear things are a little better with OH, and hopefully he'll improve enough to come home soon.
Only do what you can in the house, and I understand how limited you are, being disabled, but don't push yourself as most things can wait for another time. The main thing is to look after yourself, eat what you can and rest.
Sending you both love, hugs and best wishes for a much better year to come xxx
Have a good night all the best for a new year hugs to all xxx

Morning all
We're now in a new year and I hope it sees an improvement for all that need it.
This time last year I didn't know that I would be starting chemo in 2 week's time, that came as a bit of a shock and some of you know that I recently lost my eldest sister to lung cancer so I'm being optimistic and hoping for a better 2026.
Sending virtual hugs to those that want one.
Gill H you made me laugh with your suggestion of the singing scousers . Sbird stands for scousebird, that name was given to me when we moved south.

Hi
I didn't suffer too much with nausea but when I was feeling a bit off I found good old rich tea biscuits helped.
I hope you start to feel better soon.
