Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hello Charlene82
Sorry to hear about what you've been through. I also got an infected wound that took 12 weeks to heal so my radiotherapy kept getting pushed back, it was so frustrating but I got there in the end and I'm sure you will too.
As Gill & Sarah have said, please come here to talk, moan or just let it out.
Best wishes.
H
Morning Helen
Yes, it was a lovely surprise! She’s a great cook herself and vegetarian so I trust what she’ll have chosen for me. I feel hungry this morning so I’m going to have some porridge and fruit, and I know I’ll be able to have something decent later.
Sarah xx
Enjoy your trip .look forward to your updates .sending hugs
Hi there smith, and a very warm welcome to our group.
I've got no experience of ovarian cancer, but with your family history I'd advise you to book an appointment with your GP. Maybe make a list of your symptoms to show your doctor, as these could give them an idea of what may be the cause. It could be something like IBS but it's always worth getting checked out early.
Good luck, and don't hesitate to drop by here anytime you like xxx
Hi H, hope you have a lovely time in the motorhome in Liverpool. That's where I live. Hope the.weather is.good.for you
