Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Evening Helen, Lynne and Beekeeper. Hope you're all doing well my lovelies
You must be champing at the bit for Monday to come round Helen - another fab venture to look forward to. All the talk of motorhomes and caravans make me pine for our caravan holidays of yesteryear, as they were the best.
Do you have names for the MH's? For some reason I imagine yours being called Mandy or does Alan call it something else Helen? Or maybe he calls it something unprintable when it goes on the blink...
Hugs all xxx
We don't have a name for our motorhome.
I am getting excited for Monday but we have a Christmas meal with friends tomorrow, this will be the 27th year we've done it. Both our families get together for it and of course the families have grown over the years
